James Country has long been known for the historically correct fabrics used in our 19th century clothing. We have built up a sizeable inventory of this fabric, and we are now offering it by the yard as well. All of the fabric is first quality, 100% cotton from major manufacturers. If you are making your own 19th century reproduction clothing — or if you are making quilts where you want 19th century reproduction fabrics — or if you have more uses for it, our overstocks are now your good fortune!!<\/p>\n

All of the fabric is 100% cotton, preshrinking the fabric before you use is recommended. Unless otherwise stated, the fabric has NOT been washed or reclaimed — it is new. If the piece was by a specific designer, it is in the description. If there is no designer given, then the manufacturer didn’t give us one.<\/p>\n
